Cleveland Classic Review
Posted on May 3, 2012 | No CommentsA blend of traditional design and new age technology, the Cleveland Classic golf driver, was quite a surprise, when I took it out from its leather cover. Although I prefer the lightweight of 270 grams, the Classic is also available in 290 and 310 grams. The tools of golf have been changing constantly, and incorporating latest technologies has made the game far more interesting, which is quite evident with this club. Companies have changed colors, added weights and made shaft adjustments to stay ahead of the competition. However, the Cleveland Classic brings back the retro feel, and yet stays ahead... -
Cobra AMP Offset Driver Review
Posted on March 2, 2012 | 1 CommentBecause the only good slice in golf is the one you have back at the clubhouse after 18 holes (with sausage, mushroom and onion on it), the Cobra AMP Offset Driver has the offset to help you make sure that’s the only slice you have to worry about. Because this driver is orange, I like it already, as orange is my favorite color This Cobra driver comes in only two different degrees of offset, many golfers long for the day that the same club could be created with a 9 or a 9.5 degrees loft. You never know, Cobra may... -
Callaway Razr X Black Review
Posted on February 10, 2012 | No CommentsIf you’ve been having trouble right off the tee, it may not be time to change your swing. Maybe it’s high time you change your club! It has been said that trajectory and accuracy can be improved by using the Razr X Black by Callaway and simply ‘adjusting’ the angle of the face upon address. Now you’re ready to hit the ball—literally—like you have never hit a ball before. That’s a simple fact, not a promotion. It’s simply what results from Callaway’s utilizing the latest technology in its crafting. The menacing look of this club might just be enough to... -
Adams Speedline 9088UL Driver Review
Posted on December 23, 2011 | No CommentsBelieve it or not, Adams line of golf clubs, including their new Speedline 9088UL Driver are clubs to be considered if you’re looking for a quality, well made club. Aside from limited editions and tour models, golf manufacturers of any reasonable renowned reputation on the average put out at least two different styles of drivers. Times have changed; the game has changed, players have changed and equipment is constantly going through endless technologically advanced changes every time you turn around. One club does not fit all anymore. Adams 9064 LS was probably one of the interesting clubs ever manufactured. Some... -
Titleist 910D3 Golf Driver Review
Posted on November 18, 2011 | 1 CommentIntroducing Titleist 910 series to my fellow golfing friends! The D3 driver from this series is causing golfers everywhere to stand up and take notice. With its 445 CC head and complete titanium construction, it will prove to stand the test of time. Technology is exhibited in every inch of this driver. You no longer need to worry as much about dead center hitting in order to achieve great distance off the tee, thanks to this driver’s ball speed area which is now 15% larger. The Titleist 910D3 driver is not the first adjustable club on the market but has...
